JOB DESCRIPTION

Danfoss Finland is seeking an HR Trainee to join our outstanding team in Vaasa.
Starting in May or in June, you will work with us until the end of 2024, with full-time hours in summer and part-time in autumn.
Additionally, there is an opportunity to collaborate on a thesis project with us.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

To rock in this role, you should have ongoing studies in Human Resources or related field at the University or a University of Applied Sciences.
You are an individual who is naturally curious, personable, and possesses a talent for efficiency, which makes you an essential asset to our team.
Proficiency in both Finnish and English is necessary, and you are comfortable using Office IT tools.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Trainee, you will engage in a various role, collaborating with educational institutions, managing employment affairs, coordinating training sessions, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, and assisting in communication tasks.
Your focus will be on factory HR processes, where you will offer support to local managers and employees in Vaasa, as well as remotely assisting those in Lappeenranta.
This role offers firsthand experience in leadership and human resources within a dynamic work environment.
