Description:

As an HR Trainee - Rewards & Benefits, you will support our HR counterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation, managing requests, and working in collaboration for process improvements.

In your new role, you will:

  • Manage HR requests within the scope of Rewards & Benefits for Europe ;
  • Support process improvements ;
  • Be involved in harmonization and automation processes ;
  • Communicate with HR partners in Europe.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You thrive in an international environment and you are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration, or a similar field;
  • Good command of MS Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, Excel);
  • Affinity towards HR Tools - knowledge of SAP would be a plus;
  • Good command of English and German (mandatory).
