Description:
Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Internal HR Trainer to enhance the competencies of our workforce and maintain our company’s brand image. This role involves delivering in-house training to HR and retail staff, managing our awards programs, and overseeing the overall branding image of the company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous development and organizational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an HR Trainer or similar role, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors.
- Relevant certification in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Design, facilitate, and implement comprehensive training programs for HR and retail staff to meet internal needs and objectives.
- Take full responsibility for the administration and execution of the company’s awards programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials and modules, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Manage and enhance the company’s branding and public image through strategic training and development initiatives.
- Handle logistics for training sessions, including schedules, venues, and resources.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
