Description:

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Internal HR Trainer to enhance the competencies of our workforce and maintain our company’s brand image. This role involves delivering in-house training to HR and retail staff, managing our awards programs, and overseeing the overall branding image of the company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous development and organizational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an HR Trainer or similar role, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors.
  • Relevant certification in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, facilitate, and implement comprehensive training programs for HR and retail staff to meet internal needs and objectives.
  • Take full responsibility for the administration and execution of the company’s awards programs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and modules, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s branding and public image through strategic training and development initiatives.
  • Handle logistics for training sessions, including schedules, venues, and resources.
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
