Description:
THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Solid experience with managing HR systems implementation programmes
- Success Factors or other relevant HRIS tool experience
- Proven experience in leading change management in significant programmes or projects using recognised change processes and tools. Prior experience in delivering technology change in a SAAS environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply the appropriate change tools & methodology for various change initiatives
- Communication Strategies design and Plan execution including copywriting
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with, and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Expert facilitator
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals with a high degree of interpersonal skills
- Relationship builder, able to quickly build trust with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinking to develop, implement, and sustain a change management framework
- Exceptional ability to solve problems
- Proven organisational, project, and time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Develop & maintain change management plans for projects and change initiatives
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Monitor progress against the change management plan, defining & measuring success metrics and raising risks and mitigation strategies
- Create an action plan to facilitate visible and active sponsorship of changes including planning and facilitating workshops and meetings to introduce concepts of the HR solution and changes in business processes - communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Define and lead process to develop 'What's changing' communication artifacts
- Develop change capability through training, coaching, crafting and maintaining materials
- Work on establishing an active Change Network across the program
- Coordinate training requirements and logistics for the client and develop communication in partnership with Training Leads and PMO Lead across designated locations or as needed
- Work with various stakeholders to define Organisational Readiness impacts from Cutover planning and Go Live Readiness
- Work to understand people aspects of change so that the change programme can improve adoption and minimise resistance to change
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
- Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels to improve implementation communication
- Complete stakeholder mapping activities
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
While our client is initially looking for a Change & Comms Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC, this role is key in providing structure and leadership for the future system and process changes that will result from the introduction of the HRIS across multiple EMEA locations and likely to be extended.
