JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in deploying HR transformation processes across multiple regions. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to implement key initiatives in countries across Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Managers to facilitate the deployment of HR transformation processes in designated regions.
  • Lead the customization and translation of all communication materials, ensuring alignment with regional requirements.
  • Coordinate the adaptation of various deployment-related materials, such as townhall presentations and videos.
  • Collaborate with HR Leads in each country to tailor global communication and training assets to local needs.
  • Schedule and oversee training sessions, ensuring seamless localization and effective delivery.
  • Execute and review global communications, adjusting content as necessary to suit regional nuances.
  • Provide support for localization activities within Shared Services, contributing to the overall success of HR transformation efforts.
