Job Description
As an HR Transformation Manager you will work at the center of our HR Transformation, helping us pursue continuous improvement and delivering against our most impactful initiatives. You will leverage strong project and change management skills to help drive organizational effectiveness and improve quality and efficiency of HR service. You will also partner with the VP of HR Transformation to manage the Global HR P&L and provide HRBP service to HR and Legal functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
  • Self- starter attitude and ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and to anticipate and plan for future HR needs and challenges.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience leading change management initiatives within HR functions, including managing resistance, communicating effectively, and driving adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee HR performance excellence initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as business leaders, HR business partners, and other functional leaders, to understand their needs and gain their support for HR initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey HR strategies, initiatives, and results to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and HR teams.
  • Ability to make complex decisions in the best interests of the company using data and analytics
  • Ability to think on a global basis in terms of organizational and process standardization
  • Ability to improve existing processes or provide new value to business areas through continuous improvement tools
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

Metrics and Analytics: You will establish and track SLA and KPI metrics, using analytics frameworks to measure HR performance and effectiveness. You take a data-driven approach to drive continuous improvement, providing regular reporting on HR performance metrics and initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders, and effectively communicating HR strategies, initiatives, and results.
Organizational effectiveness. In collaboration with the VP of HR Transformation, you will consult on business needs and collaborate with leaders and relevant stakeholders on transformation initiatives such as organization design, workforce planning and workflow changes. You will contribute to the development of key competencies and new role profiles. You will develop data-driven business cases for compensation changes, talent planning etc. You will partner with leaders on strategic resourcing discussions and decision making, (e,g, reduction in force, hiring ahead of the curve, down banding, out of cycle compensation reviews etc.)
Training and Development: You will develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function, encouraging feedback, innovation, and best practices sharing among team members. You will provide leadership and guidance to HR teams, ensuring they have the tools and capabilities to do their jobs effectively.
Change Management: You will be responsible for leading the change management for relevant changes to policies or processes as identified through your role. You are adept at developing appropriate change management plans ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes or technologies. You’ll provide ongoing leadership to ensure change is fully implemented and results in lasting change
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as business leaders, HR business partners, Market HR and other functional leaders to understand their needs and align HR initiatives with business objectives. You are
comfortable collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders. You’ll foster a culture of innovation, encouraging HR professionals to contribute ideas for enhancing HR practices. You will establish and manage feedback mechanisms from employees, stakeholders, and leadership.
