JOB DESCRIPTION

• 5 Working Days: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm / 8:30am to 6pm / 9:00am to 6:30pm
• Location: Jurong East (walking distance from MRT)
• Work Life Balance

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a basic understanding of the prevailing Singapore MOM rules & regulations
• Detailed oriented and responsible individuals are welcome to apply!
• 1-2 years relevant experience

• Manage end-to-end work pass administration, including application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation for workers.
• Ensure compliance with MOM Rules & Regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, closely track transactions, and arrange medical check-ups.
• Liaise with MOM and clients on work pass matters.
• Coordinate drivers schedule for workers’ arrivals, check-ups, courses, and vaccinations.
