A large community Not for Profit is seeking a temporary HR Business Partner to join their team due to internal changes. Joining a well-known and forward-thinking NFP, you will be part of a large HR team, working from the office one day a week and with flexibility to work from home or other sites.
Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
A true generalist HR role, your day to day will see you partner with stakeholders to manage all matter of HR issues, from performance management conversations to leave entitlements queries, you will be interpreting multiple awards and agreements to provide sound advice to a diverse stakeholder group. The role is largely in reactive HR, dealing with employee relations matters and case work for the majority of the week.
