Description:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

  • Graduated in Human Resources / Business administration or related.

    • 7 years in Human Resources

    • Leading people Experience
    • Union relations management
    • Very good command of computer tools (Office Package, e-mail, internet). Knowledge of SAP System will be valued.
    • High level of Proactivity, excellent interpersonal relationships, communication skills and predisposition and vocation for service
    • High degree of organization and confidentiality
    • Advanced level of English.

    Responsibilities:

    WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

    We are looking for a strategic partner of the Operations area, leading the HR agenda in Operations and Supply Chain processes that collaborate and promote the achievement of results. You will be responsible for enabling the IWS and HR agenda, at the same time that you will be the strategic partner for the Factory manager and the Head of HR. Besides, you will

    • Be responsible for actions linked to the diagnosis, management and improvement of the work environment (Your Voice climate survey)
    • Lead the organization pillar within the factory’s continuous improvement system.
    • Ensure good management of union relations.
    • Lead the Recruitment and Selection process of manager profiles and supervise the process of non-manager profiles.
    • Lead the Performance Evaluation process of manager and non-manager profiles, plus the Annual Training Program of the Operations area.
    • Internal Communications Management.
    • Lead the Compensation processes for the Ops area: salary analysis, salary proposals, headcount analysis, budgeting and salary control, recognitions, budget control of the sector.
    • Responsible for the effective communication and development of his work teams.
    • Provide support, guidance & assistance in HR processes to Operations Managers.
