Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. (Global Human Resources, Global Payroll, Business Intelligence or Absence Management)
- Experience working with/for HR outsourcing firm
- Experience and/or knowledge with PeopleSoft and/or SAP payroll processing
- Experience and/or knowledge with a case management system (i.e., Jira, Siebel or Workflow)

Responsibilities:
- Processing support tickets raised by the client for individual or mass updates within the application. (Oracle Fusion Global Human Resource Cloud)
- Participating in trouble shooting and finding the root cause of data issues. Analyzing and processing data monitor outputs as wells proposing and assisting in creating new data monitors.
- Assisting in developing system testing specifications and participates in test execution. You will be running test scenarios and assisting in resolving discrepancies to requirements.
- Following and maintaining system documentations including Standard Operation Procedure (SOPs).
- Conducting and participating in daily communications with Internal and External team members. Subject Matter Experts in an effective manner in order to ascertain or relay important information.
- Participating in impact Analysis for change requests proposed by the client.
- Assisting in automation of data update requests and processes through Altryx or similar tools.
