Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and development of human resources (HR), including planning, implementation, and monitoring of HR activities, as well as the enhancement of its quality, in accordance with the policies and procedures applicable to the company/project.
- Responsible for matters related to government and industrial development activities and obligated to maintain and safeguard the company.
Job Description:
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate budgetary expenses effectively and efficiently, taking responsibility for the outcomes of activities.
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating the required workforce for the company/project.
- Conduct selection, promotion, demotion, and transfer of employees deemed necessary.
- Carry out developmental activities, training, and other related activities to enhance the mental, skills, and knowledge development of employees according to established standards by the company/project.
- Responsible for activities related to employee attendance recapitulation, salary calculation, allowances, and bonuses.
- Conduct company policy socialization among employees.
- Proficient in Indonesian labor laws.
- Proficient in HR Planning, recruitment & selection processes.
- Develop an effective and efficient HR system; for example, creating SOPs, job descriptions, KPI systems, performance management systems, recruitment & selection management systems, training & development systems, Compensation & Benefit Management Systems, HR Planning, etc.
- Ensure that employees are always productive, loyal, and contribute to the company.
