Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

As an HRIS Analyst at Array Tech Inc., you will play a pivotal role in the successful global implementation of Workday within our organization. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy the core modules. From initial design to data conversion and training, you will ensure our HR systems runs smoothly every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree including strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of progressive HRIS systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, including strong technical aptitude allowing for quick mastery of various, web-based systems used in performing work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and configuration of HCM, Absence, Time, Benefits, Scheduling, Payroll and Recruiting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis and assist in data cleansing and migration efforts during the implementation phase.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of HRIS configurations.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training on HRIS functionalities and processes.
  • Audit current HRIS system to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS-related matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform routine audits and ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
