Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an HRIS Analyst (Contract), you will hold a pivotal role within our client’s HR team. Your primary responsibility will be to preserve and support various HR systems throughout the comprehensive employee life cycle. You will provide essential user support, troubleshooting system issues as they arise. Your cooperative nature will be highlighted as you work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other departments to gather requirements for system enhancements and customisations. Your meticulous attention to detail will be utilised in data analysis and reporting tasks, ensuring data integrity at all times. Additionally, you will participate in system testing and validation activities, including system upgrades and integrations.
- Preserve and support HR systems throughout the comprehensive employee life cycle
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, escalating as necessary to senior analysts or external vendors for technical support
- Cooperate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other departments to gather requirements for system enhancements and customisations

The ideal candidate for the HRIS Analyst (Contract) role brings a wealth of skills and experience. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field. Your background includes 2-3 years of experience in digital transformation or HR systems implementation. Your robust analytical skills are matched by your excellent problem-solving abilities. You have a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications will be utilised daily. A basic understanding of HR processes and terminology is essential, and prior experience with SAP HR or SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
