WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst, to join our People Team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building and enhancing our HR technologies and processes. As an HRSI Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR technology and people analytics, with a particular focus on HiBob. Your main responsibilities will include the development of all internal HRIS processes, research and deployment of new functionality, along with driving continuous improvements across all of our people tools and our administrative processes. You will also own and develop our people analytics tools and reporting. Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the HiBob platform, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR)
- Collaborate with HR, IT and Security teams to develop and implement system configurations, integrations, enhancements, and upgrades to meet our evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues, liaising with internal/external business partners a necessary to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure data integrity with all HR systems, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with our HR business partners to analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvements or strategic interventions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system automation and integration with other business systems (e.g. payroll)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and execute system integration projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and user requirements.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to facilitate effective utilisation of all HR technology by the People team and our team members.
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting assistance, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry best practices related to HR data management, privacy and security.
- Ensure that HiBob policies and procedures are compliant with relevant regulations and internal standard, implementing safeguards to protect sensitive information.
