HR Tech Solutions is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join its team on a full-time basis beginning immediately. Work can be completed remotely from any location, however, office space is available in Mt. Clemens, MI if the employee prefers to work on-site.
- Liaison between Human Resource department and technology platform representative(s).
- Assist in implementing new HRIS systems and maintenance.
- Assist in implementing carrier integrations as needed.
- Assist in implementing additional system integrations as needed.
- Review company processes and offer solutions on how technology platforms can improve efficiencies for the company.
- Maintain current technology platform and update documents and processes as needed to increase efficiencies across the platform.
- Lead trainings on utilizing and demonstrating areas to increase efficiency within HRIS platforms (ADP, Paycom, Paylocity).
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Work Experience, Skills & Education
- Must have a minimum of 4-5 years in human resources, including knowledge of benefit administration.
- Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources or a related field.
- A combination of education & work experience will be considered.
- Must have worked as a system administrator with multiple HRIS platforms in a current or previous position for at least three (3) years.
- Project lead on HRIS System implementations experience strongly preferred.
- Must be customer service & detail oriented.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time at a fast pace with minimal errors.
- Must be able to be flexible with days and times of work, as needed.
