Description:

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are a leading European online business services provider, dedicated to offering cutting-edge solutions to our diverse client base. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are committed to expanding our product offerings and enhancing our market presence.

POSITION OVERVIEW

team.blue is growing extensively and aims to be the most loved online service provider in our local markets. To drive this forward, we are looking for an HRIS analyst to strengthen the HR Systems & Analytics team, which is a central part of the global HR function in team.blue. In this role, you will be contributing to managing our HR system landscape (including our new HRIS), coordinating the cooperation with local HR and contributing to global HR projects, programs, and initiatives.

In short, as an HRIS Analyst you have a very diverse range of duties:

  • Taking care of the processes around managing employee data. You will be an SME on employee data and will play an essential role in optimising data flows and securing data accuracy in the organisation.
  • Designing and implementing HR tasks and flows in the company HRIS. We have many brands in different countries that need to set up workflows that match the local requirements and processes.
  • You participate in company-wide HR projects. You are also a member of the global team.blue HR team, where you will have the opportunity to be actively involved in various projects in line with your responsibilities and interests.
  • Implementing and maintaining the organisation’s HR policies. Having multiple brands in 17 countries, we have a lot of different policies that we need to ensure are correctly reflected in our HRIS. You will be responsible for maintaining the policies already implemented in our HRIS and adding the new brands joining team.blue.
  • Basic project planning and communication to ensure alignment regarding key HR processes between the different countries.
  • Various HR tasks required to support the global HR team.

You are …

  • Disciplined. You have a good eye for detail and enjoy applying structure to processes, either by yourself or helping others to do the same.
  • Communicating. You do not mind communicating to HR colleagues about the changes that the team has made in our systems.
  • Analytical. You enjoy working with data and numbers and are not afraid to spend hours diving into Excel sheets, to find either data errors or ways to improve our data structure.
  • Responsible. You find it natural to take ownership of tasks and have a high sense of responsibility to deliver great results and thoroughly complete tasks.
  • Innovative. You love improving the current state of things, both in areas that are underdeveloped and where you need to start from scratch, but also fine-tuning processes that are already in place.
  • Technical. We do not require you to be an IT expert, but IT affinity and experience with online tools and the usual Microsoft programs (such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word) are a big plus.
  • Supportive. We emphasise creating an environment where employees don’t have barriers for asking questions and you have a natural interest in guiding and helping others.
  • Flexible. In HR, every day is different, and you sometimes come across unexpected matters that you have to deal with as a priority. Even then you keep a cool head.
  • Fluent in English. The language English is the primary working language in team.blue, so we expect a thorough written and oral knowledge of the language.

Responsibilities:
