Description:

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Building relationships with users
  • Transform user experience and improve user satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies for superuser adoption.
  • Maintain and improve Workday usage for users.
  • Ensure best practices in HR via scalable processes.
  • Spot opportunities for business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to improve productivity.
  • Spot new Workday requirements.
  • Communicate with users to understand requirements and needs.
  • Resolve Workday issues and improve user experience.
  • Ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
  • Develop Workday guidelines and manuals.
  • Conduct user training.
  • Review Workday and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Structure and communicate plans with stakeholders for review, approval and implementation.Keep abreast with the latest HRIS technology and best practices.
