Description:
SCOPE OF WORK
- Building relationships with users
- Transform user experience and improve user satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for superuser adoption.
- Maintain and improve Workday usage for users.
- Ensure best practices in HR via scalable processes.
- Spot opportunities for business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to improve productivity.
- Spot new Workday requirements.
- Communicate with users to understand requirements and needs.
- Resolve Workday issues and improve user experience.
- Ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
- Develop Workday guidelines and manuals.
- Conduct user training.
- Review Workday and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Structure and communicate plans with stakeholders for review, approval and implementation.Keep abreast with the latest HRIS technology and best practices.
