REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven at minimum 3 years experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Having experience in managing HR Management Systems will be preferable
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We seek a talented HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Pluang. The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for updating, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, clean, and organize HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, performance management platforms, and employee surveys.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key HR performance indicators, such as employee turnover, recruitment metrics, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce demographics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to address stakeholders’ specific HR-related questions or challenges.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights and recommendations
