In this hybrid role, you will spearhead the maintenance of internal HR systems, oversee payroll processing across multiple states, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or other related field.
- 5 years minimum HRIS systems experience.
- Multi-state payroll experience required.
- Management experience preferred.
- Experience in Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Project lead for HRIS/Payroll system projects, serving as subject matter expert.
- Leads team processing multi-state bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manages updates of employee data in IT tools, monitors file transfers, and troubleshoots system issues.
- Creates, implements, and revises HR and payroll processes, driving process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with Compensation and Benefits team to optimize HRIS for benefit enrollment events.
- Coordinates required reports, audits, filings, and responds to regulatory authorities.
- Lead and/or assist with other HR initiatives as needed.
