Description:
We are seeking a dynamic HRIS Manager to join our team based in ROSSVILLE, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our organization’s HRIS strategy, working closely with various teams to improve our systems and processes. You will be involved in the full spectrum of HRIS functions, from data analytics to compliance, ensuring the effective management of HR data and the smooth running of our HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute the organization’s HRIS strategy to improve efficiency and data management.
- Work closely with various teams to develop effective HRIS processes and systems.
- Analyze trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement in our HRIS practices.
- Ensure the successful delivery of HRIS projects from concept to execution.
- Measure and report on the performance of HRIS initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HRIS principles and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in our HRIS practices.
- Use ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Core Hr, Crystal Reports, and About Time to manage HR data and processes.
- Lead the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits functions in the HRIS.
- Manage hiring processes through the HRIS to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Proficiency in using Ceridian
- Knowledge in Core HR
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Familiarity with About Time
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Proficiency in Compensation Administration
- Strong understanding of Compliance issues
- Hands-on experience with Hiring Processes
- Knowledge in B2C Marketing
- Experience in Drive Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Data Analytics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HRIS Manager or in a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
