Responsibilities:

  • Serve as key member of HR Team working closely with HR stakeholders and cross functional teams to automate HR processes with high quality solutions.
  • Lead the planning and deployment of system upgrades, including the scheduling of key activities, testing and communication of system down time.
  • Responsible for driving process improvement to support long term human resources business goals and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain in depth people analytics, reporting and dashboarding to proactively support HR strategy and business goals.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and guidelines related to HRIS.
  • Serves as technical subject matter expert for all HRIS applications.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Acts as primary liaison to IT and vendors.
  • Generates required annual, quarterly or ad-hoc reporting for government agency and legal compliance, such as EEO-1.
  • Develop and maintain awareness of HR data security and comply with policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for HCM configuration, data analysis, and reporting to support new location merger and acquisition activities.
