Description:
DLF Canada Inc. North America SBU is currently recruiting for a HRIS & Operations Analyst.
About the role
The HRIS & Operations Analyst will manage the day-to-day SuccessFactors (SSF) HR HCM modules, support the execution of annual activities, and provide configuration and testing assistance related to SFF HR enhancements and implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Address HRIS system-related questions through troubleshooting, configuration and design of business processes, workflow, security, and report modifications
- Effectively collaborate with teams such as HR, Talent, Recruiting, Technology, Finance, and others to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality
- Conduct needs assessment, performs GAP analysis on SuccessFactors, leads business process modeling and helps the business develop “to-be” business processes
- Engage external vendors to troubleshoot configuration requirements, as needed
- Support the Global HR team with annual cycle system administration tasks Examples: Employee Engagement Surveys, Performance Reviews, Compensation process, Learning Management Systems
- Own the SharePoint site about the HRIS - SSF/People System
- Conduct regular analysis to ensure data accuracy, including the use of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, leveraging reports for data reconciliation efforts and random spot-checks of HR data
- Document and maintain HRIS and business user guides
- Provide training and support for HRIS
- Look for efficiency gains in our processes and partner with team members to prioritize
- Provide support for the input of daily transactions into our HR systems as required
- Develop, create, and maintain a variety of reports
Qualifications for the ideal candidate:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited college or university in Information Technology
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years SAP SuccessFactors HRIS/HCM systems functional experience, or combination of education and experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, exports/imports, etc.
- Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals & strong business aptitude for HR systems functionality
- Self-managing and results-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to train and explain concepts and technologies to all levels of the organization
- Impeccable attention to detail to help maintain our HR architecture, processes, security, and data integrity
- Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines
- Works well with small teams to take responsibility for and lead projects from start to finish
- 10% travel International (Canada, USA, Europe)
Compensation and Benefits:
This position comes with a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary, competitive benefit & retirement plans and many other perks. Compensation will be based on experience. Range $65-85K yearly.
