As the HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:
- Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring the accurate input, maintenance, and integrity of employee data, utilizing ADP Workforce Now
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes and compliance requirements
- Assume responsibility for processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now in the absence of the Payroll Manager
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and payroll data, adhering to privacy regulations and company policies
- Provide training and support to departmental staff on HRIS and payroll processes and procedures
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors, such as ADP, to maintain data integrity and resolve integration-related issues
HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist Minimum Salary: $58,500 (Exempt)
HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist Maximum Salary: $58,500 (Exempt)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands on experience working with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now, and familiarity with payroll processing
- ADP Certification, preferred
