Due to a team member moving into an internal project, they are now looking for a talented HRIS Specialist to aid in supporting their vision of growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the functional administration, maintenance and support of systems within People and Culture and plays a key role in enhancing the employee experience through system solutions. Including but not limited to:

• SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central Core and Payroll)
• Kronos
• LEX (Learning & Development)
• Solv Safety (Health, Safety & Wellbeing)

The role provides system support to existing processes, solution development, configuration and implementation of people systems and modules that reflect best practice.
