KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HRIS administration or related role.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Specialist at United Utility, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR systems to support our dynamic workforce. Your expertise will drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across our HR processes, ensuring that our team has the tools and support they need to excel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain our HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to HR team members and end-users.
- Generate reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and compliance efforts.
- Lead system integrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our HRIS capabilities.
