Description:
OVERVIEW
Releady is partnering with a premier cloud-based identity management solutions provider to find a qualified HRIS Workday Specialist for a 12 month contract position.
As an HRIS Workday Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing the roadmap for HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on work, ensuring data accuracy, system enhancements, and exceptional end-user experiences. You will collaborate across departments, serving as a key liaison between HR and Business Technology teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration, including Business Process Administration, HCM Core, Compensation, Talent Management, and Security Administration.
- Proficient in developing Workday reports, managing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) uploads, and creating complex calculated fields within Workday.
- Skilled in facilitating Workday system enhancements, leading implementation projects, orchestrating successful system go-lives, and providing comprehensive technical support thereafter.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge within data, metrics, and analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain agile in a challenging environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience in HR/Finance information systems, including designing and testing processes/reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Technology to ensure seamless enhancements and integration of new Workday features, including Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Security functions.
- Gather configuration requirements confidently and efficiently.
- Provide hands-on training to broaden internal Workday configuration knowledge.
- Develop reports supporting Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other Workday modules.
- Analyze current technology solutions’ effectiveness, maintaining open communication with stakeholders about project progress.
- Serve as a conduit between Human Resources and Business Technology teams, fostering best practice discussions and process improvements.
- Drive system changes and new tool adoption within the People Team.
- Manage deployment of new system functionalities and integrations, including UAT and end-user training.
- Maintain and support ad-hoc reporting needs and develop a governance structure for global service delivery.
