Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Providing administrative support to HSE advisors and managers
  • Assisting in the management of communications between external and internal stakeholders regarding safety matters
  • Arranging and scheduling all HSE inspections and visits
  • Liaising with external agencies in relation to health and safety matters
  • Communicating updates and changes regarding HSE matters with all internal staff and contractors
  • Maintaining and updating HSE databases
  • Maintain the configuration and operation of client-based data-systems
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, legislation, and procedures
  • Monitor HSE systems daily and report on daily safety statistics
  • Assess efficiency of current systems and processes for areas of improvement
  • Create and implement improved systems and processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy
