Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Providing administrative support to HSE advisors and managers
- Assisting in the management of communications between external and internal stakeholders regarding safety matters
- Arranging and scheduling all HSE inspections and visits
- Liaising with external agencies in relation to health and safety matters
- Communicating updates and changes regarding HSE matters with all internal staff and contractors
- Maintaining and updating HSE databases
- Maintain the configuration and operation of client-based data-systems
- Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, legislation, and procedures
- Monitor HSE systems daily and report on daily safety statistics
- Assess efficiency of current systems and processes for areas of improvement
- Create and implement improved systems and processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy
