Our HSE Lead is responsible for managing and implementing SHE programs. You will oversee the monitoring and assessment of hazardous and unsafe situations and are tasked with implementing measures to ensure personnel safety on site.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • GCE ‘O’ Levels with passes in English, Mathematics and Science or equivalent.
  • Certificate in WSH (Level A) or equivalent (BCSS)
  • Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant or equivalent (OPSIC)
  • Work at Height for Supervisors
  • Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation
  • Occupational First Aid Certification

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HSE Manager at respective site/projects.
  • Perform daily site inspections.
  • Assist with day-to-day SHE requirements for the assigned project/site.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the field by conducting site visits to support the project.
  • Aid in coaching, mentoring, and implementing SHE programs in the field.
  • Immediately report all incidents.
  • Assist supervisors, foremen, and managers in investigating incidents to identify root causes and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Communicate, coach, and assist field staff to ensure understanding and compliance with safety expectations.
  • Complete individual SHE inspection forms and/or BBSO.
  • Participate in all SHE-related activities, campaigns, and committees.
