For our Site in Dortmund we are now looking for an HSE Manager (M/F/T)

• Planning, implementation, monitoring and optimization of all operational HSE processes at the Dortmund site (250 employees)
• Advice, support and coaching for site Leadership, Supervisors and employees in the areas of environmental, health and safety
• Analysis of accidents, assessment of potential risks and development of concepts/preventive measures to avoid future incidents
• Implementation of cooperate initiatives and further development of the site’s own HSE strategy
• Creating, updating, reviewing and further developing risk assessments thought entire site
• Planning, execution and evaluation of internal and external audits
• Carrying out general tasks of the „Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit” (“German Safety Officer”) in accordance with § 6 ASiG and taking on other assignments in the area of HSE (fire protection, hazardous substances, lifting equipment, waste disposal, etc.).
• Development and implementation of a site strategy to promote employee health
• Coordination of external contractors and authorities in terms of HSE topics
