We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our sites and field service operations in the Nordics region.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
- Lead HSE initiatives across sites and field service operations in the Nordics, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Deliver and manage HSE training programs for employees.
- Maintain legal registers for operations in the Nordics.
- Conduct field visits within the Nordics region and Mainland Europe to assess HSE practices, up to 30% of the time.
- Manage the chemical management system and environmental requirements.
- Support risk assessment development for the region.
- Participate in HSE projects and initiatives across the wider CNE region.
- Assist in incident investigations and support Operations team with HSE assessments.
- Maintain and coordinate the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS).
- Create and deliver KPI reports and presentations for the Nordics operations team.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- Fluent in Swedish and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Local HSE certificate required (requirement to be determined prior to posting).
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and HSE regulatory framework.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with multiple sites and field service operations is desired, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration skills.
