As they continue to expand their presence in Australia, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a diligent and proactive HSEQ Systems Advisor to join their dynamic team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS).
- Desirable: Experience with OFSC Audits and Requirements.
- Experience in drafting and implementing policies and procedures related to health and safety.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and progress in the field.
- Passionate about the renewable energy sector and its positive impact on global sustainability efforts
Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate closely with the HSEQ Systems Manager to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of safety compliance programs, particularly in support of large-scale windfarm construction and operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at ensuring a safe working environment, including audits, training development, compliance monitoring, and providing expert guidance to foster a culture of safety across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of safety compliance programs under the guidance of the HSEQ Systems Manager.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to enhance workforce safety awareness.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including safety representatives, to promote a collective approach to safety management.
- Assist in the documentation of policies and procedures related to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ).
