ABOUT THE ROLE

The team leader role will be responsible for day-to-day operations, process compliance, and smooth operation flow, facilitating issue resolution, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency, and also supporting Hub Supervisor to deliver the most reliable hub services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Validation of all incoming and outgoing deliveries, pick-up orders, and RTS
• Ensure backroom activities are smoothly operational
• Check and report any discrepancies
• Assist Hub Supervisor on applicable ad-hoc tasks like staffing concerns
