QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience in requirements management, building reports on reporting tools etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in workforce development, data analysis, change management, human capital, workforce analytics, program management etc.
- Previous Federal Consulting and/or professional services experience
- Post graduate degree.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance

Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO:
- Support clients’ project in analyzing workforce requirements.
- Identify configuration requirements and improvements for government client’s program management tool.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Maintain and advance your knowledge of Reporting and Analytics product capabilities, limitations, and roadmap.
