QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology, or a related discipline
• Experience in requirements management, building reports on reporting tools etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in workforce development, data analysis, change management, human capital, workforce analytics, program management etc.
• Previous Federal Consulting and/or professional services experience
• Post graduate degree.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance

WORK YOU’LL DO:

• Support clients’ project in analyzing workforce requirements.
• Identify configuration requirements and improvements for government client’s program management tool.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
• Maintain and advance your knowledge of Reporting and Analytics product capabilities, limitations, and roadmap.
