QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Preferred:

  • Experience with Data Quality management
  • Experience with Data Analysis (ET)
  • Experience with Microsoft Access
  • Experience with Tableau or Dashboard Development

Responsibilities:

As the Human Capital Business Intelligence Analyst you will:

  • Support a work stream focused on Program and Process Improvement for the organization’s Talent Acquisition Office.
  • The responsibilities include tableau dashboard development and maintenance with a specific focus on the Talent Acquisition lifecycle timeline.
  • Developing and maintaining the hiring timeline dashboard requires the analysis of the hiring process and timeline.
  • Communicating this analysis to the client to keep them informed on bottlenecks and process challenges identified through analysis.
  • Work with process owners to analyze current trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations that will generate positive impact to their processes and timelines.
