About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Consultants specialising in Organisation Design to join our dynamic and diverse team of Organisation Transformation professionals.
As an Organisation Design Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior clients to analyse, design, and implement operating models and organisational structures that can optimise adaptability, efficiency, effectiveness, and performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients adapt to change, improve their competitive advantage, and achieve their strategic objectives.
In this role you work directly with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to make an impact that matters in how organisations deliver on their strategic vision; aligning strategy to the required capabilities and best-fit structures to effectively organise and operate to achieve the desired results.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven 3-5 years experience in delivering strategy, HR, or organisational development and design projects
  • Previous experience in consulting roles, either as an internal practitioner on in client facing roles
  • The ability to work collaboratively within integrated, multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid working environment
  • Excellent analytic, presentation, and communication skills
  • Project Management or Change Management certification an advantage
