The role is responsible for the Human Capital operations team, payroll & Benefits as well as Facilities, and plays a critical role in ensuring that the teams are fully supported.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Translate the company and Human Capital strategy into an implementable plan.
- Provide input into Human Capital Strategy.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the strategy and procedures.
- Effectively manage payroll and benefits.
- Provide efficient service delivery to the business through business partnering.
- Develop and track annual HC calendar.
- Create and monitor HC budgets.
- Monitoring of leave as per BCoE.
- Timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
- Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the company and its employees.
- Ensure that the team receives and leverages appropriate training.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration in the Division.
- Partner with business stakeholders to design and monitor internal service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in technical initiatives to assist with improving HC and HC-aligned technology and business processes that will enhance the HC service delivery model.
- From time-to-time work collaboratively with others on other ad hoc projects.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Completed Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Advantageous: NQF Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Manager/ Business Partner.
- 3-5 years in-depth payroll exposure
- Operating at the level of a professionally qualified, experienced specialists and mid-management
