Responsibilities:

  • Develop talent management and development strategies that foster organizational culture in accordance with the company’s values and guaranteeing the generation of a work environment conducive to achieving the company’s strategies.
  • Develop and ensure the execution of organizational communication strategies that promote company information at different levels of the company.
  • Carry out the correct administration of the department’s annual budget and investment projects.
  • Direct the human development and organizational communication team to comply with the indicators and projects established for the area.
  • Monitor compliance indicators of the annual human development plan of administrative and unionized employees according to the established talent development strategies.
  • Guarantee through the projects and indicators of the compensation area the organizational structure that the company requires with salaries, compensations and benefits according to the market to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide advice and support to different areas on issues of labor conflicts, talent retention, development of career plans and any other issues related to the company’s human talent.
  • Design and supervise the execution of personnel recognition plans linked to all processes managed in human resources.
