WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A LABOR RELATIONS AND TRAINING SPECIALIST?

As a Labor Relations and Training Specialist, you will have a pivotal role in fostering positive labor relations within our organization and ensuring our employees possess the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
