Are you ready to drive HR excellence? At Alsco NZ, we’re seeking a dynamic HR Advisor like you to join our team at the Ellerslie Support Centre. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Supporting managers with HR processes
  • Spearheading recruitment and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences
  • Coordinating robust training and development initiatives
  • Providing expert HR Systems support and administration
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and practices
  • Leading exciting new HR projects and initiatives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Generalist HR Advisor experience
  • Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation
  • Ability to interpret, review and write HR Policies and documentation
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to persuade and influence
  • Sound writing skills and the ability to write for specific audiences,
  • Technology savvy, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in working with unionised workforce and collective bargaining
