Responsibilities:

As a Human Resource Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s organisation. You will be responsible for understanding the resourcing needs of various stakeholders and developing role descriptions accordingly. Your expertise in applying HR policies and frameworks will be crucial in achieving business outcomes. You will also prepare high-standard HR-related correspondence, briefs, reports, and resource requests. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Principal HR advisor in building and maturing HR service delivery across the branch.
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand resourcing needs
Develop new and update existing role descriptions
Apply HR policies and frameworks in achieving business outcomes
Prepare HR related correspondence, briefs, reports and resource requests to a high standard
Support the Principal HR advisor as required to build and mature HR service delivery across the branch
