Description:
- Manage full spectrum of recruitment, including onboarding, orientation and collaborate with HODs in hiring needs and regional office representative.
- Manage employee cycle from onboarding to off boarding
- Manage and update employee leave and attendance
- Coordinate learning and development programme
- Provide advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters
- Coordinate and manage employee group insurance and claims
- Prepare HR-related documents, including appointment letters, confirmations, change of positions, acknowledgment of resignation letters, reference checks, and documentation for promotions and transfers.
- Identify government funding schemes for potential utilization.
- Executing and assisting performance management processes
- Handle admin related matter and office maintenance to create a conducive working environment.
- Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Work closely with the HR Manager to extend support for regional office in global HR activities and initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or Business an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Training will be provided
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Independent, possess good organisation skills with ability to multi-task
