JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The Human Resource Associate will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in the Business Management or HR field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR field.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations such as the Employment Act.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage and ensure all employee personal filling and information are updated on cloud software.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Support the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments on HR-related matters.Performs all other related duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.
