Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HRBP will provide coaching, guidance, and support on HR related matters to the Supervisory level and below within Feitoria. The role will provide HR support on the full life cycle of a Nandoca, ensure HR compliance and assist the Head of People with initiatives to embed a positive culture within the company. The role will be responsible for the implementation of all facets of Human Resources which includes but not limited to: Talent Management, Performance Management, Recruitment, Organizational Design and development, Recruitment and Onboarding, Compliance, Engagement, and Industrial/Employee relations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years HR generalist experience
  • 5 years experience of Employee Relations
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead HR-related projects, such as system implementations, policy changes, or diversity initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all departments within the company’s departments.
  • Create and present KPI reports.
  • Ensuring that the OD process is carried out effectively. Responsible for Job description creation and working with the provider to accurately grade roles

Responsibilities:

Contribute to & Execute HR Strategy: Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the implementation of the people strategies that attract, develop and retain Nandocas.
