Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed HR decisions.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
