Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed HR decisions.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
