Description:

This role will be working with the Human Resource Division and will be reporting into Deputy Chief Human Resource Officer.

Responsibilities:

THE AIM OF THIS ROLE IS TO:

  • Establish and maintain key client relationships through development of in-depth knowledge of client’s business context and objectives and related people management challenges.
  • Work closely with the broader HR division to identify, plan and implement HR solutions that meet client priorities and align with organisational HR strategies.
  • Provide strong, generalist and strategic HR expertise, advice, and services as a senior member of a seamless and client focused HR team.
