Description:
TE WHIWHINGA MAHI | THE OPPORTUNITY
Te Toka Tumai is a large organisation, you’ll be working with a small HR team partnering to deliver timely, high quality, customer focused generalist HR support and deliverables aligned to your Directorate business plans, Te Toka Tumai’s strategic plan and the people plan- Pūmanawa Tāngata. As part of the larger HR partnering team you’ll contribute to delivering new initiatives, HR and organisational wide projects.

NGA PŪKENGA MOTUHAKE | IMPORTANT SKILLS
- Degree in HR, Law or Business related
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of employment relations
- Strategic HR experience with ability to manage projects
- Experience in complex and unionised environment
- Knowledge of job evaluation and health sector
- Proven experience in managing relationships with Managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
