QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or physical rehabilitation industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational change and innovation.
- Certification through SHRM or HRCI is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and implement robust training and development programs to nurture employee growth.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Cultivate a supportive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, guiding managers and employees to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
