QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or physical rehabilitation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational change and innovation.
  • Certification through SHRM or HRCI is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and implement robust training and development programs to nurture employee growth.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement: Cultivate a supportive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, guiding managers and employees to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.
  6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  7. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
