REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Reporting to Senior HR Executive / Manager
- Min 3 years experience in Singapore’s HR Operations, those from the Construction industry added advantage.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Prosoft / SAP added advantage.
- Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken, to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
- Bilingual in English/ Mandarin added advantage as required to work with Chinese-speaking colleagues & sometimes need to communicate with the site’s Chinese workers.
- Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity
- Willing to work in the West Area.
- Added advantage for candidates who can commence immediately or within short notice
Responsibilities:
- Handle Employee Lifecycle Management and employee Relations such as New Hire Orientation /onboarding matters, Employee Engagement, etc.
- Responsible for employee life-cycle, from onboarding to separations
- Partner recruitment agencies on hiring needs
- Handle work pass application, Quota, renewal, and issuance liaise with MOM
- Monitoring and regular updates related to work pass quotas and migrant workers levy status Updating of all Medical schemes and processing of payments including MWOC
- Prepare HR-related letters and correspondences such as Certificates of Employment, Confirmation Letters, etc.
- Handle HR internal and external audits
- Employment Contracts and Training Etc.
- Support ex-pats entry and onboarding processes
- Attend to all transfer requests
- Provide input for mandatory surveys
- Actively engage with Operations and provide HR business partnership
