JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation(Employment Act)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
  • Liaising with employment agencies, posting jobs on various job portals, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates on interview
  • Update and maintain employees’ information into system, records and personal files.
  • Responsible for onboarding and off boarding administration
  • Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like MOM and related market surveys
  • Source and facilitate staff training, update and maintain staff training records and timely submission of training grant
  • Any other administrative duties & ad hoc duties tasked by Manager or Supervisor.
