Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll and Statutory Compliance:
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Handle statutory submissions including CPF, Levy, and Income Tax.
  1. Government Surveys:
  • Support in completing MOM Labour Market surveys and other government-mandated surveys.
  1. Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities, including employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Prepare annual appraisal review documents for Senior Managers, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  1. Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and leave records in the HR system.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all HR documents.
  1. Government Claims:
  • Submit claims for government-paid leave and Manpower Utilization Plan (MUP).
  1. Company Events and Team Building:
  • Plan and arrange periodic company events and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  1. HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Ensure all HR standard operating procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current regulations.
  1. Insurance and Benefits Administration:
  • Liaise with insurance brokers for policy renewals and manage employee medical and hospitalization claims.
  1. Global HR Metrics:
  • Monitor and report on global HR metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  1. Ad-Hoc Duties:
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  1. Immediate Availability:
  • Candidates must be able to start work immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions.
  • Familiarity with MOM Labour Market surveys and other government requirements.
  • Proven track record in handling recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
